Reptilians og insectoids have stolen the xindi weapon and set a course for Earth. The future of Earth now depends of the xindi race aquatics sympathetic towards the presented evidence, but as Archer promises they can destruct the many spheres, the Xindi Council favours the humans. With the help from the new allies in the Xindi Council (three out of five races) captain Archer, the crew and the new allies attempts to stop with all one's might the preparation of the weapon. Meanwhile aboard the Enterprise, T'Pol and Trip tries to develop a plan that is going to destroy the sphere, they believe will disrupt the network between the single spheres causing the dangerous spatial anomalies.
