Captain Braxton, from the 29th century's time travel space ship, contacts Seven of Nine to go back in time and reveal, who has destroyed USS Voyager. But when the new captain of the space ship, Kathryn Janeway, captures the borg aboard, she is arrested and in that way there can be disturbances in the time line.
